Two of our Young Leaders attended a Special Agent training event for our upcoming fun run for KS1 and KS2 in April! These two children will now have special missions to deliver and complete each week to encourage important aspects of leading a healthy and active lifestyle such as: healthy eating, endurance and fitness, teamwork and resilience.

Hockey Tournament

Last Thursday, a team of 10 children from year 4 and 5 took part in a Hockey Tournament at Oasis Academy Wintringham. On Tuesday, six children in KS2 took part in a New Age Kurling competition at Franklin College. Competitions have started!

Last week a team of year 5 and 6 girls took part in a 7 a-side football tournament at St. James against many other schools. Although many of our team had not played a lot of football before, they all showed great team spirit and improved significantly as the matches went on! Well done team.
